Shivling Pali Waterfall: A Hidden Gem in Goa Located in the heart of Goa's lush green forests, Shivling Pali Waterfall is a breathtaking natural wonder that attracts adventure-seekers and nature lovers alike. This stunning waterfall, also known as Pali Waterfall, is situated near the village of Pali in North Goa. The Shivling Pali Waterfall gets its name from the unique rock formation behind the waterfall, which resembles the Hindu symbol of Lord Shiva, the Shivling. The waterfall cascades down from a height, creating a mesmerizing display of water and mist. This trek at Pali waterfalls consists of a total stretch of 4 kms surrounded by beautiful landscapes and scenic beauty and is a walk of about 60 to 90 minutes from the village. This trek promises to be moderate and adventurous. One can admire the forest with flowing streams, a variety of butterflies and experience the nature at its best. The trek comprises of a steep climb at certain places and slippery rocks dominate the terrain. Pack your trekking bags and head towards an easy and adventurous trek amidst nature and picturesque landscapes. The trekking expedition is open to all especially those with a spirit for adventure and nature lovers. Transport arrangements have been made from Mapusa at 7.15 a.m. & from Margao at 7.00 a.m. And from Panjim at 8.30 a.m. Pick up arrangements from Old Goa, Banastari and Sakhali will also be available. Interested trekkers are requested to carry along an extra pair of clothes, rainwear, trekking shoes, drinking water, snacks and binoculars. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is prohibited. The charge per head is Rs. 1400/- which is inclusive of breakfast, lunch, transport and guiding. Please note: The expedition is not recommended for those who are physically unfit.
